Frycakes and Donuts are the second-biggest seller at the bakery. Approximately 75-100 dozen are sold daily, and 200-250 dozen over the course of a weekend.
The buttercream that is used as a filling for cream-filled donuts and ladylocks, as well as all of their cakes, evolved over the course of three years of experimentation. Tim and Terri developed the buttercream that is oh-so-light and simply delicious!
Frycake Flavors : Nutmeg Vanilla, Sour Cream, Blueberry Cream, Chocolate, Cherry Chip, Egg Krueller, Apple Spice, Caramel Apple, and Pumpkin Cream Cheese.
Donut Flavors : Old Fashioned Glazed, Sugar Twist, Boston Creme, Cream Sticks, Jelly Filled, French Croissant, Cinnamon Glazed, and Maple Nut Glazed.
